**Purpose of the position**:
The 2IC (Second-in-Charge) Child Care Centre Manager at LZ SOP Pty Ltd t/a Mini Masterminds plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality operation of the centre. This position involves assisting with day-to-day management tasks, leading a team of educators, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. The 2IC also fosters positive relationships with families, supports staff development, and contributes to a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for children. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education, looking to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team.

LZ SOP Pty Ltd t/a Mini Masterminds is looking for a 2IC Child Care Centre Manager to join our centre at Sydney Olympic Park 1 centre, located at 4 Betty Cuthbert Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Creating and delivering programs to support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth of young children.
- Caring for children in within the childcare centre.
- Guiding and Managing Educators in providing excellent care and supervision to young children.
- Maintaining a safe centre environment for children and all visitors and staff members.
- Ensuring compliance with all government policies and procedures and requirements.
- Assisting and supporting Parents
- Managing centre accounts and record keeping as per policies and procedures
- Hiring staff and supporting overall professional development.

**Minimum required Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma or Higher Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience

Offered salary is $75,000 per annum plus Superannuation.
