We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven team member to join the team at our Lorna Jane Sydney City store as our 3IC (Third in Charge).

Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, they will have stock management and visual merchandising skills and the ability to help lead the team and provide amazing customer service.

As a 3IC, you'll support the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in keeping the stock and visual merchandising highly organised and visually appealing whilst also delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting with team development, and executing operational excellence.

Day in the Life

  • Supporting visual merchandising and stock management to maintain a high-performing store.
  • Driving sales with incredible customer service and supporting the team.
  • Communicating business updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly and effectively.
