**Total Earth Care is looking to employ 2IC in Bush Regeneration/Ecological Restoration for the following regions**:

- **Sydney WEST region**

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management, direction, and supervision of their crew and the ongoing management of their regeneration sites under their control.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience as a 2IC in the Ecological Restoration, Bush Regeneration or related industries
- Excellent Bush Regeneration skills
- High focus on accuracy and quality
- Problem resolution skills and adaptability
- Deadline and detail orientated
- Effective leadership and people management skills
- Industry knowledge (incl. WHS, First Aid, EEO)
- Must be physically fit.

**Qualification/Licenses**
- **Essential**:_
- Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent
- Chemical handlers certificate (AQF3)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- WH&S white card
- Excellent plant knowledge
- Current drivers license (manual)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- **Desirable**_**:

- Degree/Diploma in the environmental-related discipline
- Chainsaw training and experience

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $38.59 per hour
