Cracking Payroll & HR systems role in the booming renewable energy sector - c. $110-125K inc super - CBD location, with plenty of WFH flexibility - Cracking Payroll & HR systems role in the booming renewable energy sector - c. $110-125K inc super - CBD location, with plenty of WFH flexibility This unique Payroll & HR Systems role provides an entry point into a leading player in the exciting and innovative renewable energy sector. Reporting into the Head of HR, with a close working relationship with the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the payroll process for c. 100 FTE (and growing), across 3 jurisdictions. Specifically you'll deliver & oversee monthly payroll processing, reporting, compliance, payroll-related accounting and handling of queries. You'll also oversee payroll & people policies & procedures and look after core HR data. Finally you will also play a pivotal role in the delivery of payroll and HR related projects, including the implementation of a new HRIS, whilst overseeing & maintaining other core systems related to T&A, LMS, expenses, onboarding and recruitment. You are an experienced & ambitious Payroll & HR professional, with experience across both disciplines, including experience with process improvement and working with systems. You'll have excellent communication skills and a desire to grow your Payroll & HR Systems career, in a progressive, dynamic & expanding company.
