**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank.

As the Digital Fraud Manager, you will develop and implement Fraud prevention and detection strategies to enable seamless customer engagement & experience across the various digital channels and in the achievement of a good balance between optimal customer experience, business growth and loss mitigation.

**Day to day you will**:
Key to the successful integration of Citi Consumer business is the migration of Citi Consumer customers into NAB. It is an opportunity to put your skills to work to minimise the risk of fraudulent behaviour.

In this role, you are responsible for:

- The safe deployment of business wide digital initiatives, optimising existing prevention and detection tools such as TMX, Transmit and the development of effective policies to mitigate Fraud and enable seamless customer journeys in conjunction with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Working with internal digital, product teams and white label partners in ensuring Fraud policy and standards are adhered to and a clear risk exception process is followed where deviations are required
- Collaborating with the CCB and Redstar fraud teams in complementing and optimising fraud strategies across multiple fraud management systems and disciplines particularly Application Fraud, Transaction Fraud and Scams prevention and detection
- Keeping abreast of innovation across the industry, evaluating and recommending transformative capabilities to incremental process improvements and developing compelling business cases to drive investment and successful implementation

With superb stakeholder management and 1st class communication skills that are second to none, you come to us with:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Substantial experience in digital, Application Fraud or Transactional Fraud areas in a banking and financial services environment
- Broad knowledge of secured and unsecured lending products and onboarding processes.
- Experience on Citi systems and key 3rd party tools such as Threatmetrix (TMX), Transmit and Instinct.
- Knowledge and experience in Data management and Analytics in a Fraud management environment and hands on experience in SAS, SQL
- Self-management, working independently and seeking guidance from others to meet objectives, plan and deliver work within agreed deadlines
- Outstanding time management and self-management skills
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptable to manage working in an ambiguous, complex and changing environment

It is an advantage to have a demonstrated understanding of credit cards and project management skills.
