Our Fraud Risk Operations & Investigations squad work closely with Zipsters in the Data team to ensure that our customers are supported and protected from losses once fraudulent activity is detected.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • A good understanding of the fraud life cycle and fraud types with the ability to identify fraud patterns.
  • Experience with card payments and fraud disputes desirable
  • Attention to detail and be able to effectively prioritise tasks.
