OSOS Alliance have partnered with one of the leading Australian natural gas producers that supplies the domestic and export markets. With multiple roles on offer this is a fantastic time to register your interest for multiple roles across Brisbane and Perth.

Seeking an experienced Planner-Coordinator to assist the Perth team in managing and maintaining our clients Master Roster on a major subsea infrastructure. This is critical role that will involve stakeholder engagement and ensuring the successful applicant has the capability to communicate clearly with multiple service providers in-house and external.

The role is based out of the central Perth offices with a good rate of pay on offer based on 38hr working week. This role will need some flexibility with a roster that may cover weekends from time to time due to the crucial nature of the operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong excel skills with past experience in travel bookings and understanding of the process
- Knowledge in use of VPOB and relevant travel reservation system
- Display initiative, flexibility, efficiency, tact and diplomacy at all times.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Communicate and establish positive relationships at all levels.
- Strong Resilience to difficult situations

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop large scale offshore roster based on scope owner requirements and logistics constraints
- Enter approved roster changes into the Roster tool and track all changes made;
- Allocate personnel to helicopters in Roster tool for all offshore crew changes following
- complex guidelines;
- Maintain data integrity of offshore master roster in the Roster tool;
- Maintain team allocation in the Roster tool;
- Liaise with Training team to ensure compliance standards are met for all mobilisations.
- Act as focal point offshore for personnel movement issues
- Manage unplanned change (e.g. weather events, unplanned ASV disconnection) under time
- Issue daily roster report to stakeholders;
- Issue daily POB report to stakeholders;
- Provide various reports/outputs to key stakeholders as required;
- Assist Travel Coordinator and Resource Dispatcher as required;
- Provide afterhours support as required
