Hospitality Coordinator

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about creating seamless guest experiences? We're looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to join our team and help keep our venues running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and can juggle day-to-day operations with event coordination and administration.

What you'll do

As our Hospitality Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person ensuring daily service, events, and operations flow effortlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

Operations & Coordination

  • Support service by coordinating between departments (FOH, BOH, kitchen, events).
  • Ensure staff have rosters, stock, and setup info ready.
  • Monitor venues for cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
  • Assist with maintenance follow-ups and compliance checks.

Administration & Stock

  • Help with rostering, calendars, and supplier communication.
  • Track stock usage, coordinate stocktakes, and assist with ordering.
  • Keep accurate records for compliance and inspections.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Help write or maintain SOPs related to service, cleaning, safety, etc.
  • Assist in training staff on SOPs or updated processes
  • Monitor compliance and report gaps to management

Events & Functions

  • Coordinate event setups, staffing, and service delivery.
  • Share event briefs across teams and troubleshoot on the day.
  • Support with bump-in/bump-out logistics.

Team & Compliance

  • Act as the communication link between departments.
  • Help train staff in SOPs and ensure standards are met.
  • Assist with audits and quality control checks.
