**Equipment and Transport Coordinator. Hybrid split between WFH and office in SE Suburbs**

**The role includes**:

- Supporting the planning and logistics team
- Managing all transport related to the delivery and collection of equipment as required.
- Communicating with site operators
- Creating cost effective and efficient transport plans
- Checking transport rates against charges to ensure correct pricing.
- Directly liaise with transport, freight, and ferry companies
- Additional ad-hoc duties as directed by the Logistics Planning Manager
- Monday to Friday - you need to be able to cover a rotating roster between the hours of 6am - 8pm

**What you can bring**:

- A few years' experience/knowledge of Logistics and Transport Scheduling
- Able to coordinate jobs with ease.
- PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP system
- Proven customer focus with a strong sense of urgency
- Able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy working in a team and you get along well with everyone.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- You are comfortable taking the initiative and working autonomously.
