High growth Retail brand with stores and sites across the country and overseas. Working in a close-knit, high performing HR team in a newly created role.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a new addition to the team to manage a diverse client group across stores and multiple locations in Sydney CBD and suburbs. You will support and coach both white collar and blue collar employees and leaders in all areas HR matters and full employee life cycle.

Key areas will include: Employee Relations, EBA and award interpretation, performance management and coaching; HR policy and processes, HR risk and compliance; wellbeing programs in their delivery and creation; remuneration reporting; HR analytics and RTW. You will also be fully involved in Engagement projects including the engagement survey, culture and values development and activities; employee events; Reward & recognition program management;
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced HR Business partner with a number of years HR experience and someone who is a true generalist with excellent ER knowledge and expertise. You will be flexible and adaptable and enjoy being out and about across a business, visiting different sites and offices and enjoy building relationships. You will ideally have experience of working in the retail sector but it is not essential. Exposure to blue collar, warehouse and supply chain style workforces would be beneficial. You must be a self starter, be a positive team player and have passion and energy for what you do.

Salary is up to $130,000 package plus benefits.
