**Your new company**
Working for an ASX Listed organisation in Sydney with over 2000 employees nationally. You will be based at the Sydney head office and part of a wider HR Business Partnering team.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have your own client group of 250+ employees across customer service, sales and marketing. You will manage your own portfolio of work including the coaching of all levels of employees and manager, supporting them in day to day people planning, employee relation s issues, wellbeing and engagement. In addition you will delivery on national projects, locally and drive these people projects across your client group. This is a unique client group and there will be engagement challenges as the business and team is developing so this is a complex and challenging opportunity for someone who is strong in all areas of ER and performance management as well as being motivated and enjoy driving change and change mindset.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner, People Partner or HR generalist who has worked as part of a wider complex organisation with past expertise in managing and coaching own client group. You will ideally have worked and partnered with customer service, contact centre, sales & marketing divisions and enjoy fast paced working environment. You will be a professional, hard working and collaborative person who enjoys contributing to a wider team and supporting others.

**What you'll get in return**
You will be offered a salary of 110 - 120K package + bonus, flexible working in both office and WFH, parking onsite and career development.
