Not-for-profit organisation seeking HR Business Partner | $85K+Super | Brisbane North-West

**Your new company**

Hays is assisting a not-for-profit organisation who is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the Brisbane team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Employee non-performance and providing support to Managers (disciplinary procedures / show cause / termination)
- Employee complaints or allegations
- Duties directed by Executive Manager Human Resources or other key personnel as directed
- Travel between Head Office and service locations as required on a quarterly basis
- Information analysis obtained from Managers / Coordinators / Principals to develop and design new Position Description for every role within the organisation
- HR Reports produced as directed including Benchmarking, WHS, Audit and Accreditation Compliance etc
- Policy and Procedure review and ensuring update are made in line with organisational and legislation changes
- Reporting of hazards and incidents ensuring a safe work environment
- Ensuring all fire, security and infection control OHS legislation requirements are met

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Graduate qualification within Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience partnering with internal stakeholders on HR related matters
- Exposure to HRIS and payroll processes and software, particularly Technology One
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment processes
- Exposure to rostering processes and software, particularly Kronos Workforce Central and iCare
- Completion of workplace investigations training
- Demonstrated understanding of performance management processes
- Not-for-profit, community service, education, aged care sector industry experience
- Demonstrated experience interpreting industrial instruments
