**About the Role**:
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships, driving productivity improvements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Our client will recognise you as a valued advisor who delivers innovative operational solutions and ensures that everyone has the necessary resources to meet account objectives and priorities.

This position is ideal for an experienced Account Manager with a real estate, construction, or property background.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster excellent client partnerships through outstanding service delivery and meaningful engagement.
- Lead the contract for the provision of planned and corrective/reactive maintenance services.
- Manage, lead, and support a team of dedicated facilities management and support services professionals to deliver exceptional services.
- Assume a key leadership role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality facilities management and maintenance services, providing strategic client interface and direction, and driving service delivery strategies.
- Uphold and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures among all stakeholders.
