In your role as Head of Intelligence and Cyber Business Engagement, you will inform and help deliver the strategy and plan for our corporate security across Australia and NZ and deepen our culture of security through the leadership of our Intelligence function, cyber business engagement and security advisory across the company.

Working with the Director of Security, you will project manage enterprise-wide initiatives and maintain the security framework that helps drive SCG’s security objectives. Managing our external service monitoring services and maintaining a network of security peers, you will stay abreast of external developments that may impact SCG’s security and this into our security planning and operations. You will provide security guidance across Scentre Group, oversee our cyber training and awareness program, ensuring our employees know how to recognise a possible threat.

- Extensive knowledge of Australia and New Zealand’s security environment, strong curiosity, critical thinking ability and a focus on delivering outcomes
- Experience in owning and executing security programs and projects to support overarching security/cybersecurity strategic objectives
- Strong relationship and influencing skills to ensure the Corporate Security team is as a business enabler and to provide security input and guidance to initiatives/papers
- Leadership ability ensuring your team advises operational teams on identifying and responding to security threats
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threat environment - particularly the human risks - and the ability to communicate these
