**The Role**:

- Our client is on the lookout for a Head of Business Intelligence to work with their senior Business Stakeholders and CFO to setup their BI strategy and have 2 teams reporting into you (Data & BI teams).

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement the organization's BI strategy, roadmap, and
- Lead the design and development of data models, dashboards, and reports using BI
- Oversee data process across the entire organisation and optimize data storage
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and analytics to enhance data capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the BI team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish data governance processes and policies to ensure data quality
- Conduct data analysis and modelling to derive insights and support strategic decision-making.

**About You**:

- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and methodologies
- Expertise in data modelling, data visualization, and dashboard
- Proficiency in Power BI and Dynamics 365 is preferred
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- Leadership and team management
- Knowledge of data governance and data management
