**Your purpose**:
The Head of BI will develop strong relationships across OMG to advance a data driven culture, utilise BI to drive data lead business insights and analysis to enhance strategic business decisions.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of BI reports that can be rolled out at scale across the Agency Group
- Develop and maintain a data model to combine all Digital Media Ads data
- Develop data transfer structures from API vendors, creating strong foundation on which to build out reporting solutions
- Manage a small team of BI analysts and oversee the creation of dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels

**Your skills**:

- 3-5 years proven experience in a BI role within the media, marketing or advertising industry (or similar), with a focus on digital media
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools and data visualization software - Power BI, Alteryx, SQL (SSMS or AWS Redshift)
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
