**Responsibilities**:_
- Monitor and respond to armoured truck, branch, and duress alarms
- Respond to radio calls and inbound calls queue
- Accurately communicate sensitive information to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of program and tech information
- Develop strong relationships with the operation team and road crew
- Regularly report to Supervisors regarding monitoring/operations
- Maintain confidentiality of program and tech information
- Comply with internal and external standards
- **Ideally, you will have**:_
- 1E Security Licence - NSW
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Must be available to work in a 5-day rotating roster (including weekends) with shift ranges of morning and ARVO
- Experience with making calculated decisions under pressure, staying calm
- Experience in working in a Call Centre environment
- Network Monitoring, Operations systems, and knowledge of allocation KPIs would be advantageous
- Experience in ATM Management is desirable not a must
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Intermediate to advanced level of Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to "think outside the square when faced with difficult decisions
