**Responsibilities**:_Monitor and respond to the armoured truck, branch, and duress alarms Respond to radio calls and inbound calls queue Accurately communicate sensitive information to internal and external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality of program and tech information Develop strong relationships with the operation team and road crew Regularly report to Supervisors regarding monitoring/operations Maintain confidentiality of program and tech information Comply with internal and external standards - **Ideally, you will have**:_1E Security Licence - NSW Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Available for 2-4 weeks of full-time training hours on commencement of the role Experience with making calculated decisions under pressure, staying calm Experience in working in a Call Centre environment that can be ideal Network Monitoring, Operations systems, and knowledge of allocation KPIs would be advantageous Experience in ATM Management is desirable not a must Strong Administrative Skills Intermediate to advanced level of Excel Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to "think outside the square when faced with difficult decisions All successful applicants must be provided with Criminal History Clearance. **More About Prosegur**:We offer unique business solutions within Australia and globally with over 1,000 employees in Australia.
