Sydney, Australia A Budget Heating & Air Conditioning Full time

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Answers incoming telephone calls and directs call to appropriate staff member or proper location.
- Support our members with inquiries on title products, updates.
- Monitors and reports on abandoned calls.
- Maintains schedules for Branch Operations employees in order to direct inquiries to appropriate departments and back-ups.

**The Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required to be successful are**:

- Articulate in a friendly manner
- Positive energy when communicating with our Members
- Organizational and troubleshooting skills
- a passion for investigating the answer and resolving issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.41 to $38.05 /hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:
