Are you a proactive and driven HR Administrator/Coordinator who's looking to take ownership and accountability in your role? Join a global leader in innovative technology solutions and partner closely with an inspiring mentor with ownership across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources the HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Being the first point of contact responding to all HR-related queries
- Running the recruitment process - from posting job ads to compliance checks and contract generation
- Owning the onboarding, & offboarding process including facilitating inductions for new hires
- HR Administration for First Aid Certifications & Workers Compensation
- Maintaining and updating employee data in the HRIS & LMS system
- Coordinating the Health and Wellbeing Program including Flu Shots & Health Checks
- Assisting with Social Events to promote employee engagement
- Supporting ad-hoc HR projects including Market Salary Surveys and Annual Performance Reviews

To excel in this role, you will be resilient and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. You'll have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. The ability to push back & escalate when necessary. You'll have an analytical mindset and a positive outlook. Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded but aren't essential.
