**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Partner Integration, the Commercial Events Producer will be responsible for project managing events from the planning to execution phase, for both virtual and in-person events.

Key responsibilities include:

- End to end project management for client sponsored events, marketing activations and live tours.
- Source and manage venues, vendors and suppliers (e.g., catering, styling, entertaining, AV, travel).
- Manage talent relationships and grow database of potential talent.
- Manage event budgets and oversee negotiations and contracts.
- Lead event set up, execution and pack up, on location as required.
- Use Project Management tools (e.g., Monday) to coordinate deadlines with internal stakeholders.

**About You**
- 3-5 years in a Commercial Events role, or similar, is preferred.
- Exceptionally organised project manager.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast-paced environment.
- With superior attention to detail, you are experienced liaising with external suppliers and delivering innovative events within budget and time constraints
- A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives, and embody an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Experience with talent management.
- Experience with contracts and budget management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect.
- Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co-workers every day
