The role:
Support our team and report into the Event Operations Manager to prepare for and deliver content and customer-centric events across the APAC region.

Key tasks:

- Promote the conferences to suitable stakeholders
- On-site event management for our 80+ annual events
- Stakeholder management in the lead up to each event
- Co-ordinate logistics pre and post event including responding to inquiries about service offering and costs
- Organising equipment hire/catering and related services
- Identify and source suitable venues
- Build strong relationships with our Event sponsors for continued growth
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all costs and services comply with agreed services and budget
- Be on-site to organise setup, registration and execute all necessary motions to ensure service providers delivered as agreed and therefore provide a successful conference

You will have:

- Great organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Relevant degree/diploma qualifications or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in an event management-related role
- Not essential, although, knowledge of EventsAir and Salesforce is an advantage

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
