**The role**:
Support our team and report into the Event Operations Manager to prepare for and deliver content and customer-centric events across the APAC region.

**Key tasks**:
Promote the conferences to suitable stakeholders

On-site event management for our 80+ annual events

Stakeholder management in the lead up to each event

Co-ordinate logistics pre and post event including responding to inquiries about service offering and costs

Organising equipment hire/catering and related services

Identify and source suitable venues

Build strong relationships with our Event sponsors for continued growth

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all costs and services comply with agreed services and budget

Be on-site to organise setup, registration and execute all necessary motions to ensure service providers delivered as agreed and therefore provide a successful conference.

**You will have**:
2 years of relevant work experience required

Great organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

Relevant degree/diploma qualifications or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in an event management-related role

Knowledge of EventsAir and Salesforce is an advantage
