Sydney, New South Wales, Australia The Park Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

The Park

is an award-winning experiential agency, founded in London in 2018 by three industry

leaders with eclectic backgrounds in client-side marketing, events, advertising, psychology, TV,

PR, and sponsorship. The Sydney office launched in 2021.

At its core, The Park is an experiential agency but we have a broad view of what experiential marketing is. Simply, it's doing something, not just saying something.

We work with brands that stand for something (the likes of ASICS, CommBank, Pinterest and Starkey Hearing Technologies) and

help them prove it to their audience and internal stakeholders, by creating Brand Proof.

Our work spans physical experiences, digital experiences, social media, content, design and much

more. And

we like our people to be as varied as the work we create.

Working at The Park

Our culture is everything to us and it's underpinned by three founding values:

Diversity Makes The World Better

  • We think the most creative, fun and interesting environments  are the ones that have the most varied types of people from the broadest array of backgrounds  with the most eclectic views.

Simplicity Is Clarity

  • we are committed to using no buzzwords and never hiding behind  complexity. If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it.

There's Always A Way

  • it's the attitude we take to everything, there's a way to make anything  happen.

Job Description: Integrated Event Producer

Overview

As an Integrated Event Producer you will serve as both a strategic partner to clients and a hands on producer. This role requires equal strengths in relationship management, creative production, and operational execution. You will guide clients from concept through delivery, ensuring exceptional experiences that meet both creative goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Event Production

  • Oversee the end to end production of hybrid, virtual, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with creative, technical, and operations teams to design and deliver engaging experiences.

  • Coordinate event logistics: technical requirements, run of show, rehearsals, and live execution.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations, brand standards, and compliance needs.

Strategic & Creative Contribution

  • Contribute ideas and solutions that push creative boundaries while meeting practical constraints.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platforms, and technologies to advise clients effectively.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support proposals/pitching new business.

Personal Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in event production and/or experiential marketing, ideally within an agency.
  • Proven track record managing hybrid and live event programs from start to finish.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture long term client partnerships.

What The Park Offers

  • A collaborative, creative, and fast-paced agency environment.
