As a
Team Lead / Project Producer
at Fourth Wall, you'll guide your team with clarity and confidence — producing and delivering client projects on time, on budget, and on brief.

From creative development to on-site execution, you'll oversee every detail to ensure seamless delivery and unforgettable outcomes. You'll be both a hands-on producer and a motivating leader — balancing creative ambition with operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor your team to deliver world-class projects with precision and passion
  • Oversee all project phases — from pre-production to post-event debriefs
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and investments to meet financial targets
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear and confidence is high
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to deliver excellence across production, design, and execution
  • Ensure all creative and strategic objectives are met through meticulous planning and delivery
  • Drive innovation and new ideas within your team and across projects
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects the Fourth Wall Way

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in events, marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in event management, production, or project delivery
  • Proven experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • A confident, proactive leader who can motivate teams and manage client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and logistics with precision
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, solutions-driven, and calm under pressure
  • Proficient with Mac, G-Suite, and Microsoft Teams (experience with project management tools a plus)
  • Passionate about delivering extraordinary experiences that inspire and connect audiences
