**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate, fast-paced people leader to join our People Experience team at Carma and play an important role in developing HR processes and procedures across the business You’ll be comfortable balancing hands-on responsibilities, with a broader strategic approach and goals, and overall, ensuring Carma is a great place to work, and ready for the growth to come

**Responsibilities;**:

- Support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, upskilling, performance management, exiting)
- Create and implement required HR templates, documents and processes to support all business units
- Identify and implement a HRIS and time and attendance system
- Provide up to date and relevant award interpretation and employment law advice across all areas of the business
- Identify areas of business improvements
- Work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition and People Experience team to support hiring plans
- Support in making Carma a great place to work

**About You;**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience as a HR generalist, ideally in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working with and interpreting employment awards (experience with the Vehicle, Clerks or BFI award would be beneficial)
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and confident delivering on varied different projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, where priorities change quickly
