About the Role
This role reports to the People and Experience Lead and plays a key part in delivering impactful people experience programs across the employee lifecycle. With a focus on learning, talent development, inclusion and diversity, and employee recognition, this role helps drive strategies that support the growth of our diverse workforce. By fostering an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered, it contributes to a strong culture of engagement, continuous development, and appreciation.
**Key Result areas**:
Empowering Learning & Development - Support Evolution's GOLD Learning Experience by coordinating leadership programs, designing and delivering learning initiatives (including online courses and mentoring), and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance professional growth opportunities.
Nurturing Talent & Inclusion - Assist with the design and implementation of talent, development, and succession frameworks while driving Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives and industry events to create a more equitable and dynamic workplace.
Enhancing Employee Recognition - Lead the Act Like an Owner (ALO) recognition program, ensuring a well-structured and meaningful process for celebrating contributions through quarterly and annual awards.
Driving Continuous Improvement - Provide data-driven insights through HR systems, maintain and enhance P&C resources, support team planning, and contribute to strengthening company culture by embedding Evolution’s values in everyday practices.
Building Strong Stakeholder Relationships - Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of people experience initiatives and drive engagement across the business.
Championing Workplace Culture & Wellbeing - Contribute our culture, values, and behaviours by role modelling company values, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
By fostering a safe, supportive, and high-performing work environment, this role plays a key part in shaping the future of Evolution Mining’s people experience and culture.
About You
This role will require the following skills to successfully contribute to Evolution Mining’s people experience programs. With a strong focus on learning, talent development, inclusion and diversity, and employee recognition, this role will play a key part in fostering a positive and engaging workplace. The ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive meaningful initiatives will be essential in creating a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
A background in Human Resources or people experience, with a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline preferred.
Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing support and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in P&C reporting and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and create meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Capability to design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and mentoring opportunities.
Ability to manage pressure effectively, remain agile in a fast-paced environment, and take in
