The Federal Government Department is seeking specialist cyber security advisory and implementation services to review and improve the cyber security posture of GovTEAMS, a Whole-of-Government collaboration service with two Microsoft Office 365 tenancies, GovTEAMS OFFICIAL and GovTEAMS PROTECTED.

Any potential contract resulting from this approach to market would be for an initial for 100 days of effort over a 6-month period with flexible working arrangements, dated from execution of the Work Order with 3 x 6-month extension options at the discretion of the buyer.

As part of the specialist cyber security engagement, the successful specialist will be asked to perform a review, make recommendations, implement and document selected recommendations in relation to the following areas:
Microsoft Sentinel.

Privileged Identity Management/Role-based access control.

Cloud Security Posture Management.

Information Protection/Data Loss Prevention.

Administrative host configuration and hardening.

General Microsoft Office 365 and Azure hardening and security monitoring.

Insider risk policy and controls.

Treatment planning activities outlined in various security documents.

Standard Operating Procedure development for security operations staff.

General security documentation updates.

Other relevant system security related matters.
