Do you want to play a central role in keeping Australia's critical health infrastructure safe from cyber threats?

Malware Security is supporting the Department of Health and Aged Care in finding skilled cyber security professionals with broad expertise. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and work closely with the Department to cover all aspects of cyber security within the Health portfolio.

As a Cyber Analyst, your roles may include:

- Management and implementation of the department’s IT security strategies.
- Migration of services to the cloud, by managing cyber risk to support the delivery of secure systems and services for the department.
- Management of cyber risk to support the delivery of secure departmental systems and services.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the IT systems operate in accordance with the Australian Government Security Standards.
- Conducting security and quality assurance reviews of security documentation, project, and external service provider deliverables.
- Developing, maintaining and reviewing security requirements, design and testing documentation, technical specifications and other documentation related to ICT systems
- Preparing system security reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends, and evaluating identified issues to implement system enhancements.
- Minimum 3 years of technical cyber security experience in similar roles for medium/ large size organisations
- Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs

**Requirements**:

- Australian citizenship
- Australian Government security clearance (NV1 level minimum)
