**As a System Support Officer, you will**:
Support the operational daily functioning of the department's LMS.
Be the first point of contact between the LMS support system and end-users.
Create and maintain the LMS user profiles.
Track and report monthly on LMS license usage for the department and its partners.
Assess and resolve first tier support queries arising from system users through the LMS support system.
Assess and refer second tier queries to an appropriate LMS team member.
Maintain the fortnightly data file upload process to the data warehouse within specific timeframes to ensure the accuracy, validity, and timeliness of the training data source.
Adherence to system processes to ensure user data integrity.
Creating and maintaining administrative documents that support the LMS and its functions.
Effectively participate as a member of the Strategic Workforce Planning team in contributing to the improvement of business processes.
Other tasks as directed to ensure system support and customer service is optimised.
