As a Systems Officer You Will

  • Provide efficient second-level support for QSS-supported solutions, particularly the Aurion HRIS, ensuring timely issue resolution within service level timelines.
  • Perform quality assurance to maintain system integrity and compliance, including generating and analysing system reports.
  • Develop, maintain, test, and document system configurations while adhering to QSS policies, procedures, and version control standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely periodic batch processing and data exchanges,

complying with change management procedures and service level agreements.

  • Collaborate effectively within the team and across QSS to deliver client-focused outcomes and exceptional customer service.

Applications will remain current for 12 months.
