Business Systems Support Officer

As Business Systems Support Officer, you will be part of a small team in an ICT service desk and support staff, providing customer facing assistance to the public and Queensland Government users of procurement ICT systems. You will provide support to the Systems Manager on reviewing current support documentation and processes for the existing whole-of-Government procurement systems, as well as undertaking testing and incident support processes.
**Key Duties**:
- Supporting the team engaged in managing the whole of government procurement data systems and with ongoing system improvements.
- Undertaking day to day support and maintenance of whole of government procurement systems including QTenders, the Queensland Government Arrangements Directory (QGAD) and contract lifecycle management system (QContracts) and SharePoint as well as other internal databases.
- Providing system helpdesk support, ensuring effective support to agencies and industry in the use of the systems.
- Performing business systems testing for upgrades to QContracts, QTenders and QCD.
- Assist the Systems Manager and other senior staff in developing new processes and procedures to support new systems solutions as they are deployed.
