**Key Responsibilities**: As an Internal Sales Consultant, you'll champion customer excellence within our business, managing a range of internal accounts and inquiries. You'll also spearhead new initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and ensuring top-notch service. The Internal Sales Consultant is responsible for providing direct sales and administration support to the respective sales representative, while maintaining and growing internal accounts in a given territory. Responsibilities include outbound calling, lead generation, managing internal accounts, handling inbound inquiries, quote follow-ups, providing sales support, and customer service duties.
**Who We're Looking For**: We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, possess a friendly and engaging phone manner, are proficient with CRM systems, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively is crucial. We value initiative and a hunger for growth and learning. This role will suit a highly organised, proactive individual with an eye for detail and a thirst for sales.
