This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and passionate Telesales Consultant to join our Next Payments team based in North Sydney. We are looking for an enthusiastic person, someone who displays initiative and a strong desire to contribute to the team and success of the business.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will provide you with invaluable experience and the opportunity for growth all whilst working in a successful, safe, and friendly workplace culture.
With new product launches, strong business growth (160 employees currently, and we expect that number to continue to increase) and recently winning Casino and TAB cashless gaming tenders, it really is an exciting time to join Next Payments
**The Role**
Our growth strategy for NSW is significant. You will be joining a unique business culture, working amongst a harmonious team delivering reliable and desirable payment solutions to an exciting industry. Your primary focus will involve you engaging in Telesales and providing consultancy relating to our ‘PAGO’ Eftpos device.
Your main duties as a PAGO Telesales Consultant will involve:
- Responding to incoming enquiries and providing information and/or quotes to prospective customers.
- Placing outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Analysis of customer needs with limited customer engagement.
- Conducting initial and follow up telephone calls to build relationships and convert to sales.
- Canvassing sales opportunities.
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction and optimising the customer's current and future products and services use through fact finding, active listening, and solution selling.
- Remaining knowledgeable on all products and services.
- General trouble shooting.
- Utilising the Salesforce CRM system to update and maintain prospect database.
- Accurately completing all administrative tasks, including quotes and contracts.
- Acquiring new business in line with Sales Budgets for PAGO device.
- Handling objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Account management/client retention.
**About You**
- Excellent PC skills, proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, in particular).
- Previous experience with a CRM program desirable (Salesforce).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously to generate leads and convert sales effectively.
- A confident salesperson, with strong networking and communication skills.
- Sound time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise work.
- A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR
