**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Marketing Assistant to join our Skechers Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include responsibilities will include assisting with the execution of the local marketing strategy with a focus on content creation and social media management. This includes balancing brand and category message against retail specific requirements to provide marketing support and to help drive brand awareness and foot traffic on a local level.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing samples
- Managing marketing POP and maintain marketing aisle in warehouse
- Keying POP orders for Retail
- Collecting in store images from stores
- Executing ad hoc requests for POP and signage
- Retail POP requests
- Updating image bank
- General assistance across new store openings
- Executing ad hoc artwork requests from wholesale
- Management of US report
- Support with Trade Reports
- Support Retail Marketing Manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as retail conferences

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated experience within a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and technical support skills.
- General understanding of marketing principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
