**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Graduate Marketing Assistant** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with little marketing experience who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow in the field of digital marketing. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

The Marketing Assistant will receive direct training from the Senior Marketing Manager to upskill into their responsibilities, a perfect opportunity to learn what it takes to be in a marketing role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in writing and optimizing **on-page SEO blog posts** to improve website visibility.
- Conduct **weekly keyword research** to identify new opportunities for content and SEO strategy.
- Write and schedule engaging **social media posts** across various platforms.
- Conduct **off-page SEO research** to identify backlinking opportunities and support link-building efforts.
- Support in **reporting marketing campaign performance** using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website’s content.
- Conduct competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
- Help with executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support general marketing administration tasks as needed.

**Who You Are**
- A university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn new skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Canva is a bonus.
