**About The Role**

This is a new and exciting role for an innovative Marketing Manager responsible for managing the Birchal Brand, helping Birchal deliver upon its mission, building and advocating for the CSF category as a whole, and marketing the Birchal Brand & Products to attract new clients and investors.

The role will partner with the CEO and Heads of product, tech and legal, and Campaign Lead, to build and execute strategic and operational plans to deliver business results, whilst also playing a key role in the launch of multiple new products across the next year

This includes developing and implementing marketing communications, brand, content and social media strategies, leveraging data and insights, designing and reviewing KPIs, leading external communications and ensuring all paid/owned/earned media channels are optimised; all with the focus on increasing awareness and consideration of the Birchal brand and building a pipeline of clients and potential investors.

The role requires experience developing and executing marketing strategies, with experience in financial services, SAAS and start-up environments being well regarded.

**Responsibilities Include**:
**Strategy & Planning (50%)**
- Support development of a clear strategy for growing the CSF category and positioning the Birchal brand within the category.
- Accountable for marketing enabled growth in clients.
- Partner with marketing team & partners to develop annual integrated brand plans.
- Develop quarterly investment and implementation plans by channel.
- Leverage the balance of earned, owned and paid media, with alignment and integration across them all.
- Stay abreast of the latest changes and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
- Support evolution of the business’ maturity around GTM planning.
- Work with Product & Projects to come up with creative approaches to growth.

**Execution (Trading, Review, Optimisation) (50%)**
- Support development of a category advocacy plan and associated campaigns to build awareness and consideration of both CSF as an investment route, and of Birchal as the go to destination for CSF investments and raises.
- Support launch planning and delivery of communications activity for new product releases.
- Lead earned media plan, particularly relating to strategic marketing activity.
- Assist internal and external media and creative teams with recommendations for, and approval, of all brand briefs and brand campaigns.
- Lead monthly and quarterly reviews of brand campaign activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant publishers and tech providers.
- Help troubleshoot any delivery issues on all pre-live and in-flight campaigns.
- Create and manage events plan
- Developing relevant content for earned and owned media.
- Manage workflows and workspaces and documentation, process and procedures:

- Accountable for adherence to all relevant regulatory and governance compliance in respect of marketing.
- Ensure on-time delivery of financial reporting to the business, including forecasts and billing actuals.
- Supports the business and team on ad-hoc projects when required.
- Adheres to processes implemented within the team to manage budgets, ensure accuracy, respect SLAs and timely reporting.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Relevant qualification in marketing or related field.
- Likely 5+ years relevant marketing experience.
- You may be a generalist to date, with experience across brand, digital acquisition, content, strategic planning, community building and taking products to market. Doing so in a fast growth, agile environment would be most desirable.
- Good story-teller, bring messages to life through campaigns and giving internal stakeholders the confidence around marketing plans and activity.
