The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to ideate, curate, create and analyse digital content for the Naomi Milgrom Foundation and its projects and initiatives including MPavilion and Living Cities Forum - across ads, EDMs, podcasts, social media, video, web and more.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to ideate, curate, create and analyse digital content for the Naomi Milgrom Foundation and its projects and initiatives including MPavilion and Living Cities Forum - across ads, EDMs, podcasts, social media, video, web and more.
This will involve collaborating with partners, photographers and videographers to bring these properties to life online; graphic designers on pitch decks and publications; and the wider team on CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager to deliver content plans associated with marketing and communications strategies for the Foundation, in particular MPavilion and Living Cities Forum. This will span but not be limited to content creation for ambassadors, EDM (Mailchimp), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, partners, podcasts and web - and include industry research to ensure everything we do is at the forefront of digital.
- Upload content to, monitor and maintain web (Squarespace, WordPress).
- Schedule and monitor SEM (Google).
- Schedule and monitor social media content (Buffer) and paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads
Manager).
- Analyse the performance of social media content and paid social media campaigns - feeding back
insights to the Marketing & Communications Manager and contributing to reports for the CEO
and Board.
- Moderate online communities in line with management best practice - working with the
Marketing & Communications Manager to grow audience, engagement and reach.
- Ensure property-wide social media education and activation, enabling all collaborators to act as
ambassadors online.
- Update and improve pitch deck and publication templates for internal and external use.
- Assist with data migration, CRM maintenance and retargeting via Salesforce.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Marketing & Communications Manager.

- Prior experience in an arts, creative or not-for-profit organisation.
- Prior experience with digital content creation, including video.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite as well as Canva, Figma.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search as well as Meta Ads Manager.
Desirable Interests / Experience
- An interest in the arts, architecture and design.
- Experience with copywriting and podcasting.
- Understanding of culture segments, for instance Patternmakers or Morris Hargreaves McIntyre.
Other Relevant Skills
- Demonstrated marketing and / or design experience.
- Qualifications and training equivalent to an undergraduate degree.
- Ability to increase hours during peak periods of projects.
