**Head of Marketing & Social Media**

**About the role**:

- A demonstrated experience in both offline (i.e. grocery and pharmacist), Online Marketing, and eCommerce
- At least 4-5 years of marketing experience working both offline and online for a variance of marketing activities
- An entrepreneurial energy and attitude that says, “What else can we do”
- Strong leadership, management & interpersonal skills driving best-in-class processes, behaviors, and practices
- A flair for collaboration and teamwork and experience growing and maintaining a team
- An eye and passion for the newest, cutting-edge digital technologies and strategies

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead marketing team and ongoing implementation of plans once established
- Experience running campaigns for enterprise eCommerce, offline and online-Channel clients/brands
- Managing paid media advertising campaigns across platforms like; Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
- Effectively manage any external agencies & partners that support the marketing department; develop and present business cases where the eCommerce team would benefit from external support/agencies
- Manage segmenting and optimising user experience for various traffic journeys to meet revenue targets
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills
- Accurately report on weekly, monthly, and yearly for marketing team’s performance and deliver actionable insights

**Report to**: Managing Director

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
