As the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and leading all our e-commerce and digital marketing channels. You’ll be a hands-on self-motivator that is both technical and creative and who can turn data into meaningful insights & engaging digital campaigns which directly contribute to growing Campos Coffee in the online channel to meet our ambitious growth targets.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a broad and exciting role with loads of variety and freedom to develop and execute new and exciting initiatives. The role is responsible for e-commerce strategy, revenue and profit delivery, website management and the planning and execution of all digital brand activity.

You will be based at the Campos HQ in Banksmeadow where we have a hybrid work policy (2 or 3 days WFO / 2 days WFH).

In this role, you will:

- Build and execute the e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy for our two brands: Campos and Sacred Grounds
- Play a leading role in the exciting project to transition our Campos webshop to a new platform by the end of ’23 in collaboration with an implementation agency - you’ll be able to directly influence the project from start to finish
- Develop and execute integrated brand SEO, SEM, and EDM strategies to drive online sales revenue and improve key measurement metrics
- Managing the online product catalogue (including our monthly coffee releases), promotions and content on Campos & Sacred Grounds websites via the back-end CMS solution
- Manage external digital and media agency partners to ensure the executional success of e-commerce strategy and key initiatives
- E-commerce revenue management including analysis and reporting and budget management
- Get involved with and exposed to broader marketing initiatives and campaigns - collaborate with your team currently consisting of 5 passionate marketing talents

We’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You are self-motivated and driven to grow and improve our e-comm channel
- You are creative and you have an endless flow of innovative ideas to win in the market
- You have experience with running e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Salesforce
- You have experience with building an e-commerce strategy and driving projects and can share examples of previous successes
- You are a great copywriter, detail-oriented, and enjoy being hands-on & getting stuck in it
- You are data and insights led and can use numbers to provide recommendations and optimisations
- You love all things coffee and can’t wait to join our team
- You have valid AU working rights
