**The Company**
Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the professional services industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Administration Assistant to join on a temporary basis covering long service leave. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small team with flexible working arrangements and state of the art office facilities.
You will be working as part of a team of 4 Administration Support staff and you will have an impact through delivering key support tasks for internal stakeholders.
**The Role**
Reporting into the Administration Manager, your role will involve
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Preparing documents for meetings and business trips
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
- Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
