Administration Officer
An amazing 6-month Customer Service opportunity to work with a global company located in the eastern suburbs awaits you
- **Previous high level customer service is required**:
- **Local Government experience is desirable**:
- **Administration experience is essential**
**About the company**:
You will join a collaborative organisation located in the eastern suburbs. You will utilise your abilities in a growing and fast paced global organisation. This opportunity will allow you to develop your customer service skills. You will work full time hours on a rotating roster. You must be able to drive as there is no reliable public transport in the location. You will work with a hands-on manager and the team will provide support.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Supporting customers with inquiries over the phone
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Report writing
- Data entry & filing
**You will have the following**:
- Previous administrative experience
- Great knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven experience working in a fast paced environment
- Be hard-working, punctual, and organized
- Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alpha-numeric data entry and qualifying data
- Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
**Please note you will need to obtain a police check for this role before commencing this role.**
