We are a National Merchandising company & ideally our candidate may have experience/knowledge in this field or a sales office.

Whether you're looking for a permanent role or prefer a casual arrangement, we're open to working with the right candidate to suit their employment needs – as long as you're available to work full-time hours in the office, Monday to Friday.

You'll be the go-to person for a broad range of administrative tasks that keep our office running efficiently. From managing timesheets and supporting payroll processes to coordinating travel, handling incoming communications, maintaining internal databases, and assisting with client and staff communications – no two days are the same.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that supports the wider business with regular daily, weekly, and monthly admin responsibilities, including:

  • General office administration and communication management
  • Timesheet approvals and payroll support
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Maintaining internal systems and staff databases
  • Supporting client onboarding and store setup processes
  • Generating and finalising regular client reporting
  • Processing staff expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Assisting with invoicing and finance admin tasks

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar office administration role is highly regarded
