**The Role**:
We are looking for a ‘Can do’ person who enjoys working in a fast paced and energetic environment. You will be working as part of a team, providing support for our clients and service teams.
This is not your average administrative role and comes with the opportunity to learn client systems and become more hands on (remotely).
**Duties will include**:
- General Business Administration
- Working closely with our customers
- Managing technician scheduling activities
- Security System Support eg. - Programming access cards, reviewing CCTV footage, provide general troubleshooting to assist both customers and technicians.
- Sending and receipting of goods
- All Invoicing prepared and sent following required timeframes
**The right person**:
- Must pass a police check and be capable of obtaining a security license
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Technical aptitude - average computer and network hardware/software configuration knowledge a must
- Must have deductive skills for troubleshooting Stable work history
