**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Service fault desk coordination of works as required as per contracted KPI’s
- Managing technician scheduling activities
- Follow up outstanding work with technicians, supervisors and subcontractors for completion
- Day-to-day communication with Technicians
- General business administration duties
- Build rapport with external and internal customers
- Other duties when required as directed by Line Manager
**What we look for**:
- Service/Service Delivery and Contract Administration experience
- Similar experience in an Administration role
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel, PRONTO and Salesforce
- Technical aptitude - average computer and network hardware/software configuration knowledge
- Must have deductive skills for troubleshooting Stable work history
