Wanting a flexible working week in Hospitality 4 day weeks.

The Mail Exchange Hotel is located at the corner of Bourke & Spencer Streets, right in the heart of Melbourne, opposite Southern Cross Station

.We are searching for a dynamic hospitality guru who loves working in a fast-paced Hotel and has experience in Gaming with knowledge of TAB and a strong background in Food and beverage.

You must be passionate about customer service and demonstrate leadership as you strive toward hospitality excellence.

Reporting to the Venue Manager your key expectations will include:
Managing all facets of Food & Beverage, gaming operations, Keno, and WageringPromote a professional service culture

Team building and training

Marketing & social media input

Managing within budget constraintsRostering and staff recruitment

The successful applicant must hold a current Victorian Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG, and RSF certificates. Wagering accreditation will be an advantage.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
