As the Performance Lead in our Sales space, your role will see you provide leadership and enhances the overall performance and effectiveness of our Sales Consultant frontline teams. The Performance Lead delivers advanced, robust coaching, planning and performance management in order to deliver on the strategic goals of t he organisation, and to deliver best-in-class customer experience in the smartest, and most effective way possible.
More specifically you will:
- Deliver coaching, one on ones, huddles, calibrations and team meetings according to the current leadership LEAP routine- Provide exceptional coaching to deliver on best-in-class customer service in the smartest way possible through planned and robust coaching sessions aligned to the LEAP coaching methodology- Provide real time, short and sharp coaching sessions, regularlyDevelop team members through coaching, constructive feedback, counselling and recognition- Set regular SMART goals in line with performance objectivesFollow up on short term and long-term goals- Acknowledge and celebrate success, consistently and regularlyHold regular team performance huddles, setting team goals and delivering analysis of performance- Lead call calibration sessions with team members to ensure consistent understanding of the LEAP methodologies

With a background in leadership or coaching front-line consultants, your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment coupled with sound problem solving and decision-making skills will see you set up for success.
The ability work some PM and Saturday shifts will also be required. This is a 5 day per week opportunity.
You will have demonstrated success in producing high performing team results through coaching and development, with an ability to challenge the status quo, clearly voice solutions to issues and envisage new solutions to old practices.
Furthermore, you will have:
- Highly developed and effective coaching skills within a service environment- Ability to learn quickly and retain appropriate levels of knowledge- Excellent time management skills- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills- Creativity, high energy and a drive to succeed
