**Job Overview:**
- The Sales Manager role is a high-performing position that leads our sales team in achieving profitable sales growth within the store.
Our ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive business results.
We are seeking someone who can develop and implement a sales-focused culture that aligns with organisational goals.
This person will contribute to the business' financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory management, and controllable expenses.
Maintaining compliance with legislative requirements, particularly Consumer Law, is essential for this role.
We require our Sales Manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high-quality visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
