Dukes Coffee Roasters is currently seeking a highly skilled, positive, and motivated coffee professional to lead coffee service at our Flinders Lane flagship store.

This is a full-time role that involves dedication to craft, attention to detail, and quaility control across all of the cafes beverage offerings, while maintaining the overall high standard of friendly and personal service embodied by the Dukes brand.

Dukes on Flinders Lane is a dynamic, fast paced and meticulously detailed environment, and you will be working alongside a close-knit team with a shared passion for excellence in specialty coffee, on the best available equipment.

The succesful canditate will be a barista at the absolute top of their game with years of experience working in a similar venue at the peak of Melbournes renowned cafe industry.
