We are a small busy Cafe Located in the CBD, looking for a Head Barista to manage the day to day operations in a fast paced environment.
- Monday to Friday 6:45am to 2:15pm - Immediate start

What we are looking for:

- Great communication skills.
- A happy, friendly personality.
- Passion for quality specialty coffee.
- Preparing coffees and other beverages to a high standard of taste and quality.
- Minimun 1 year barista experience in Australia.
- Manage orders for stock and coffee supplies.
- Maintain and clean coffee machines. Organise service where needed.
- Manage a small team from training and skills development, ongoing supervision, problem solving, and managing rosters.

*Head Barista's must be experienced in a supervisor role, along with solid experience with training blends, machines, grinder and ordering.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $64,999.00 per year
